Who we are: FanGrade Sports, LLC ("FanGrade," "we," "us," or "our").

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
You must not use the Service to promote, engage in or incite hate, violence, discrimination or intolerance, including based on race, age, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or other protected attribute.
You must not use the Service (or encourage others to use the Service) to create multiple accounts, deceive or mislead other users, disrupt discussions, circumvent restrictions, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FanGrade does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall FanGrade be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FanGrade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., in-app notice or email) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any material change means you accept the updated Terms.
